Dave I did leave it on the longer side so I could have adjustment later and I do plan on making it shorter but I had 3 diff blowers and didn't know what one to use then after having to put my 93 year old gram in a home I found this electric leaf blower and I thought hmm how perfect but and a big but...

Tidy Bowl cakes?? what are they for lol and could you take a pic of your flux pipe you use?? Im getting ready to start making my tooling so it would help :) thanks F.C. I guess what im in need of is what would be good flux for Alum though cast iron?? this is my first furnace even tho its been a year...

thanks F.C. this is a copy of dallen and Doug and Kay's furnace from svseeker.com i liked it so much cuz of the size and the little space it takes up so i built one and dallen helped me with building the nozzle.So a big thanks to him!also having a lathe and mill made building the burner easier.

Here are the rest of the pics and also any feedback is good feed back after all this is my first furnace and ill be mixing my waste oil with Diesel but also i have a heat exchanger from an old boiler that Im going to run the oil though also and it is controlled and only heats the oil to 125f before ...

LOL Dave i bet it does make a funny noise. OUCH! i was hunting with my father inlaw and had to releave myself walked by a tree and stated my stream next thing you know things started getting numb and here i didn't piss for 3 days after pissing on that electric fencer BOX that was hidden under brush!...

LOL I agree the keys to the shovel would be nice. I live in slate world where im at here so once i start digging i have very little dirt and then clay for about a ft and then its all slate and in some places in my yard it comes up though the grass kinda sucks its very thick and hard to dig anywhere ...

By the way Dave Pittsburgh is about an hour and a half from me down the turn pike then its a 20 bucks each way... the toll road has went nuts here and is owned by some guys from Dubai but with that being said you would thing as many mines and so on that are around me their would be sand to be gotten...
