I'm still luking, not had much time for casting but have a new setup planned for building over the winter.

Nothing much venemous in this part of the world (Fortunately) I get the occasional muntjack dear wandering around and grunting (must find out what they taste like) Most entertaining visitor recently was a hamster the size of my thumb that made an epic tour of around 1000 yards from his young owners ...

I've just finished some designs for an injection moulding and through flow analysis I have had to incorporate some 'bow' in the final tool to allow for shrink deformation. Looking good. For 3D CAD it might be worth getting turbo cad 15 pro. It's around GB£180 but is well established package, it's cheep because they are up to version 18 now, but 15 is well capable. Hi Harry, long time no speak. I've a couple of patterns I want to make up and judging the feasability of getting you to cut them for me. Freight may be a killer but timescale is pretty loose. They are around 18" by 14" and 2" deep. If I sent you over a file could you comment? I can do...

Don't know about in the US but motor factors in the UK carry it in spray cans. Usually a yellow high build and works very well on loosing body re-work marks. It has a very matte texture when dry so will need some sanding and build up with a gloss after.
