So are you ment to be supplying the power supply? What type is it?And if that other guy would quit messing around and send the power supply, then you could put it all together and get it running.

The only thing that I have found with zinc alloys is it has a high shrink rate. It is easy to overcome with a big shrink bob other than that it is better to mill, drill and turn. I didnt need extra head pressure with the parts I have made. I think it is because it is heavier than plain alli.

I cant help you with the rules about using a cast tank... but I'm sure "we" can help you make it!
I would think if you talk to a shop that makes custom cars or bikes they will be able to tell you.

I have never herd of the problem with 2 stroke engines, what is it like with 4 strokes?
