Ive just gone back to the start of this thread and had a look at the bike. I have one that is just about the same. over the years Ive put 3 motors on it (I keep blowing them up) It has now got a 10hp robin on it, it has so much torque I can lift the front wheel

That looks good, is it someone you know? I made some signs over the weekend. Some took a couple tries, one was cutting fine and then decided to run off in the negative x direction, cutting all the way. I went back to Lazycam and checked it out, couldn't see the problem so I started over and it was ...

I have tried a laptop and it is crap, it skips and misses bits!
I cut this with my mill over the weekend, it took just over 20 min. it's 4" x 4"

The car is cut! I cut it out of 1 1/2" Kauri (NZ native) using a 1/4" straight end mill! The car is 6" long x 3" wide and 1 1/4" high. It took 1H 20m to cut, The code is in imperial and is about 10" long so I scailed it in mach3 by 0.2 to get it to the 6" long. The...
