OK guys here is a little recipe i got from work and figured it would possibly help y'all out. its called nialite. its, copper ideal 81%, nickle 4.5%, iron 4%, aluminum 9%, and manganese 1%. this is as y'all probably guessed by weight. its got VERY good corrosion resistance and is strong and durable and will last a long time. normal melting and pouring temps are between 2050 deg f. and 2240-2250. so all y'all waste oil people have no fear.
ps. forgot to say it has a very very nice golden color

yea we use a lot of it on the carriers and subs. used for the props lol

Thats interesting that it has quite a lot of aluminum in there. Sounds like a great alloy and the nice golden color should be great for plaques and coins.
