I think its looking good and ready for its first prime, you can get a little bondo blindness going on with all the different materials so a even coat will let me know whats going on.

The cover actually came out very nice, it looks like just one wesand and a final coat and its ready to add to the cover patterns

Nice, is this for a different model engine? How does it stay in place, bolts or some kind of friction fit?

Is the Zebra what you are branding your covers on or does it have some other meaning

Supposed to get snow here tonight so I have to get back out to the shop and make sure everything is buttoned up... I dont much like snow but here it doesnt last more than a few days if that. They are calling for 10", guess we will see.

Or 3 or 4" diameter as in hail you guys can see... as much as I dislike snow baseball sized ice cubes hurtling at me from the sky just seems like something I never need to experience.

David, thanks for the explanation on the Zebra.

Mike, not missing much as far as I am concerned. It was fun when I was a kid because we dont see it often now it is more of a nuisance to me. The wife gets a kick out it, at one time she wanted to live somewhere where it snowed more but now she is happy with the few times a year we see it for a few days.

Sorry about dragging your thread off Jeff... will look forward to seeing the casting you make with that fine pattern.
