Mike! Check these out. I'm still not sure if they will work for you but I'll send them out. I used some Corian and some smaller bits. For some reason the 2 cut differently. Rebecca & Simon cut really well and Simon & Rebecca kept messing up. The letters are thinner and seems to be a little rough, I hope they work. Picture didn't come out very well. :(

Check them out and see if they will work. I'm easy, it is more of a learning experience for me.
