These are top secret!
I'm making a match plate version once I have things straight.

Hard to tell size from the flask picture but I think I would try and spread the two parts a little to get the pouring sprue between them.
Also a thing to note here since this looks like something that you might be pouring more than a few of if you find a market for them. Putting different kinds of parts on a matchplate can be a problem if one part tends to have a higher rejection rate than the other. You end up having to cast other things to get just the one you need. You could do the two parts on individual plates and knock up a lot smaller flask for them saving work on each mold.

Good point Harry!
For the sprue, I was thinking on the right there, between the two and feed them both, risers off the other ends.
Also, this is just the first prototype.
They are those cheap plastic clamps that you can tighten with one hand.
These will be MUCH stronger and MUCH MUCH cooler! American made too
I'm shootin for $50 each for the basic model.

Well I broke that pattern while playing with it
I'm starting on a match-plate style pattern this weekend or at least by monday or so.
My main problem is a CHEAP and easy source for the steel bar stock.... any thoughts?
