Trev you must have been up late last night, I received your massage a 1.30 am on my iphone, I had to be up as I was on night shift. Wish someone would stopped this shift work roller-coaster that I'm on  so I've slept all day and have woken up feeling like I've stepped out onto the road and have been hit by a fnkn big bus, I feel like crap, funny thing is when I step into my ute to go to work the body just seams to click into gear, brain switches on and its all good till a bout 3 am, that's when my body batteries are just about spent :?
