Thanks everyone, @ Dave the lawn has been missing me  , and if truth be known, I really don't want to go back to work, I've had enought, but sadly reality says I need to for a few years yet :(

Very happy that surgery seems to have benefited you, Mite. Keep it limber, keep stretching those tendons "gently" back into shape. It's been just over a year now for me and I don't think about it much any more... not till I do something to remind me of the pain. Fortunately, those painful lessons did no harm and the pain I had was natural and expected due the force and stretch I put on that repaired tendon by accident. Teaches me to keep methodically stretching them out more each and every day or two, at most, apart. Who knows... maybe I can get it back to where it was back before I caused it damage... maybe. :)

If I over reach or try and raise my arm above my shoulder mine lets me know I'm doing the wrong thing, physiotherapist keeps telling me just be patient and in time it will come good. This getting older sure is fun, we're all walking wounded at the moment

like mowing the grass, that was one aspic of working out of town all the time with me was having to come home and mow three weeks worth of grass, lots of other things I'd rather be doing besides mowing grass
