Thanks everyone :D , I think I'll just rest up Dave LOL.....I've been home six days and I'm feeling great, I do get chest pain if I over extend myself and if I walk to far, so I'll just take it easy for now :D

just remember Mike that this won't stop you from pouring molten metal into sand molds,

now I need to get back to my sand paper :( :(

Yes Dave I know it won't stop me, I'm just taking it easy for now ;) , but I do expect to get a bit stir crazy in time, each time I open the shed, I asked what am I doing ;) ;)

leave the shed alone for now, go drink some ice tea and watch the boss mow the grass, you'll be back in shape for the shed before long, damn shame I can't send you some of my sandpaper work I got going on, that stuff will keep you busy for a while, and bore you to death at the same time.

I have some casting jobs here that need finishing and its all sanding and polishing, I find sanding and polishing mind numbing, so it sits there till I fill like going brain dead :lol: :lol:

I get that way at the thought of sandpaper, but it does have to be done, just wish the crap didn't wear out so fast or make so much freeking dust
