yea mate all good, I have about 80% use of my hand as far as streanght go's, I have lost dexterity and also keep dropping things, but hey I'm on two feet and general health is ok, but arthritis in the lower spine slows me down. I still do two days in the blacksmith shop at the Caboolture Historical Village each week, I don't do a great deal but its two days out and the coffees ok

No, but the rain is heading down this way, its the monsoon season here and it gets wet, and sometimes floods...At the moment we have the southern part of the country on fire and the north flooded

Hi all, went to physio during the week(I go about every 4 weeks)and my hand has gained strength, for the last 6 months its been at 34 kg crushing pressure, good hand is about 55 or there about, for the last month I have really been exercising it and have gained another 4kg, it hurts like hell some days but I'll get there

Put up some pictures of your forge work, I wish I could get mine set up.
