Wood turning
Re: Wood turning
Oh, I do that too. I get sawdust everywhere. Tearing up the kitchen floor made a bunch of dust and some kind of powder go into the basement. When I go downstairs I come back with this stuff on my shoes. I swept the basement and it just keeps falling through the floor. I'm always messy.

Does your wife vacuum and blow down your work shop, mine does , about once every year or five I do a bit of a clean up, but I "NEVER" tell her what I'm doing, I get harassed like you would not believe, she wants to help and that ain't happening HE HE HEJammer wrote: ↑Thu Apr 23, 2020 6:50 amOh, I do that too. No, she doesn't do that. She just kind of rolls her eyes and walks away.

Nice looking pens. You have to write some important stuff to use those. I like the last one, what makes the dark stripes?

Re: Wood turning
really nice pens, is that just a standard slimline kit? Ive gotten into pen turning a bit lately also and have mainly just been making mechanical pencils/clutch pencils, along with a few dip pens and the occasional fountain pen. I mainly do bespoke/kitless pens and pencils, so just make everything myself from scratch. Ends are usually small bits of ebony with whatever wood or acrylic in the middle.

Those are beautiful Mike. What do you charge for them?
