we do like our kitchen time, so yes it would get a pretty good work out, test of a good chopping block it is to see if it can hold up to a serrated knife slicing bread.

Sooo, with me doing some woodwork, I thought a new work bench was needed, so here it is, Its 6ft long and 4ft wide, bottom drawers are 9inchs deep, top two are 5 inches deep and there are 12 drawers all up.It has 6 swivel wheels with locks so it can be move in any direction.

Wow, I like it. I could put a lot of stuff in those drawers. Only Important, useful stuff, of course.

I've been hanging old kitchen cabinets in the garage, just trying to get my junk off the floor.

I'm going to build a couple bookcases soon. All our books are still packed from moving.

nice, some things in wood I can fumble my way thru, but basically I'm a klutz when it comes to wood if it has to have straight lines anywhere on it.

Nice looking board. I like working with wood. This was not always true, until a fried showed me how to work it.
