whats everyone up to in this hotter then hell weather in Oklahoma doing??

We had a few warm weeks in July but August hasn't been too bad. Still working on the house and cutting our way out of our jungle. Many low growing bushy trees surround our place, they have proved to be difficult.

We were over in PA a week or two ago at a big steam festival and it was 94-96 with high enough humidity that it was a constant haze outside, so I know what you mean hotter than hell, lol. I dont know how they can get hotter weather than we do, lol.

Sure beats being cold.

cold, you can put a coat on and your good to go, heat, you cant take enough off to stay cool when it's been this hot and humid out, or at least not without getting arrested, lol.

I wear a pair of cut-off jeans and tennis shoes most of the time here.

I can still remember the cold from when I grew up in Virginia. The house was cold; (if it's not 80 degrees F. I'm cold.) And central heat---I hate central heat. With central heat the whole damn house is cold, and there's no place you can go and get warm. I finally lived in a house with wood heat where I could go sit by the wood-stove and get warm. Then I moved to South Florida where the flowers bloom all year round. Hallelujah!
