All good where I live, the people down south are going through hell. Thanks for the concern, I really appreciate it...We in Australia also appreciate the help from the US,Canadian, Kiwi and all other international fire fighters that have come out here to help, thank you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_H23Xi2Nx4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5bNhQrKay0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxML2vdkvFo

thats good to hear that everything is good there mite, I have some friends down in eden, NSW and they sent pictures and video, and it litterally looks like a shot out of hell tbh, and I wouldnt want to see anyone in that. Also, Ive learned one thing from this, what you guys call bush fires down there are completely different than what we think of up here after seeing the stuff from my friend, lol.

yea, I saw that, he sent me some video and after seeing that, I'd be one of the first ones to be getting my ass out of that area, lol. It normally looks really pretty down there from the post cards and pictures that he had sent me.

It's good to hear that your nowhere near that, and hopefully they can somehow get it under control soon.

My home town is called Casino a about 20 miles away is a area called Bungawalbin, it had very serious fires through the state forrest just before Christmas, these photos are of that area and how soon the bush is starting to recover

The native animals are not doing to well
, but they will recover with a lot of caring human help. I belong to a wildlife rescue organization and some of the carers are looking after some injured animals that have beed hurt in the fires around here but more north of here. I don't do any caring, but I do pick up and deliver injured wild life, mostly I take the to the Steve Irwin zoo, its only 20 minute drive north of here and they have a wildlife hospital there so any injured animal will be looked after, then the put calls out for carers to look after them
