Found Dreaming

The design was not meant for 3/4" plywood, you add two pieces of 3/4" together, you get 1.5" and the hardware and fasteners ordered for the original design, aren't long enough. take the spindle for example... the bushing to house the bearings is only 1" long, i had to hand sand 1/2" of plywood to make it fit. So, cutting area is affected as well. I can't even mount my stepper motors to the machine with the hardware I ordered, they simply aren't long enough.

Got tired of messing with things that didn't work. Although it's not complete.... Here's a teaser.

Just a quick update guys I know it's been a while. Found an early pic or two of what I was playing with. It works, I just need to get a bigger router.
