That's great Frank, feels good to get out and move around. It was so hot here all summer, I couldn't do much outside and now it's getting cooler. Probably get cold soon.

Dayum…. has it been two years already? Just to let ya all know, I'm back to being myself again... I can do hard labor that most younger men than myself can tolerate without multiple breaks. I do a daily regiment of 20 situps and 20 pushups, and don't so much as increase my heart rate or break sweat. My boys just shake their head at me in wonderment. I've been off meds near two years now. Got married to a gal (last August) I met online two years ago that lives locally here, someone my own age for a change. Life is good today!! :-) Unfortunately, during that ordeal I went through that bear sculpture took a stall and the investor ended up bailing on it. In that interim I also had to sell the property I had to pay off the ex and with the balance I gleaned bought a nice truck for myself and invested into another house in town. And as of last August, got married to another gal I met right after being released from the hospital, which over about two years dating we got married this past August. Life is even better today!! :-)

Still haven't gotten to that bear again, as it's packed inside a two car garage along with the bulk of my wife's effects and the bulk of my own all in boxes. Likely won't get back to it till I can build myself another quasi-work shed out back of the house to store all my tools and foundry equipment in, with an awning to work under for doing casts and metal work. Gonna be a slow year for me this year. Oh well.... tis' what it 'tis!!!

Still ride my HD, though.... HAHAHA.... looks like shit but rides like a new one! Life is good today!! ;-)

Great to hear the you have recovered so well. We've moved back to Ohio and now I don't have much room for projects.

Well I’m back. Been gone for three reasons; my wife walked out after 36 yrs, to an old boyfriend she had before we met; also had a MC accident that required experimental surgery to piece me back together.

Suffice to say I’m back with a vengeance! In the process of that divorce my ex tried to get half of any proceeds off that bear once it’s done and sold. I won that argument! She didn’t get squat in the divorce and she damn sure won’t get a penny off my bear.

Now, just need to sort out how to navigate this forum again. Got photos of the bear’s progress over the past month, plus building another studio in my garage to cast metal again, along with a new blast furnace!

Anyhow... I’m BAAACK!!! 👍😎

Wow, Hey Frank. Sounds like your doing OK. I was just thinking about your bear the other day. If you have your old pictures you can reload them back through the thread. It can be a pain to figure out what pictures go where.
