One of the best brews I have made was a chocolate stout. I used a lot of lactose and it was super creamy.
Norhing you would want ten of but a great change from the IPAs and rice beers.

This is a pretty nice stout. I really like Old Rasputin too.

Here in Australia real stout drinkers of old would sprinkle pepper on their beer
