Re: Wow, Its quiet here
No time to do any casting this year, but I got my shed cleaned out, and reorganized everything, so I can pick up where I left off, and fire up the furnace again one day.
Won't be this year, but possibly next year I can get back into it.
I am contemplating a rolling cart, so I can roll out tools, fuel, burner, skimmers, etc., all together, and then roll it all back in again when done.
I bought some mega aluminum ramps, so I can roll heavy stuff in and out of the shed.
I think they are rated 6,000 pounds. The shed is up about 12" from the ground.

If its not on concrete I like a shed high enough for a cat to get under it so rattlesnakes and rats cant take up residence.
I build wood sheds from the wood I am milling and usually put them on 4 x 6 skids.

I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints the sinners are much more fun...
