the double trigger is what is known as a set trigger setup, it allows you to take a trigger with a normal 6 or 7 pound trigger pull and by pulling the back trigger have a 2 or 3 pound trigger pull or even lighter depending on whos doing the screw turning and who the shooter is.Jammer wrote:I realized it wasn't the same. What's the significance of the double trigger on the Sharp's?
They still use the same setup today in basically the same configuration of parts in these old guns, new modern triggers not so much as they are adjustable without the extra parts.
