I thought that was a pistol grip, not a shifter knob. So someone would know who was shooting at them. 8-)

used the new molding bench setup today, sorry no photos, if it doesn't rain tomorrow I'll try and remember to take a couple, I did make one pour today which due to my OWN fault of cutting the sprue too small it didn't fill completely because I was pouring aluminum pretty cold, I did get to very usable part for the bullet sizer that I've been working on.

I do have it about halfway assembled on the computer in solidworks, talk about a learning curve to go thru I feel pretty lucky to of gotten it this far, anyway its been a fun afternoon. Who knows I may even be able to finish it tomorrow with a few more parts.

Mike it should look good as long as it took me to get the thing done, don't know how many times I put the damn thing together only to find out something wasn't right.

but this one is pretty close on the fit between the die and the punch which is what counts

and this one still has a big huu hoo in it on the base, but I'm waiting and hoping that the dude what printed the patterns for me gets his printer fixed and makes me a new base pattern.

I finally rounded up enough stuff to cast some bullets for my buffalo guns with.
here's a shot of some of my indoor metal casting, alloy is about 75% lead and 25% printers type that I received from Jammer some time back.
