That looks like a good set up on the burner.
Is there some instruction on how to hook up the game controller to the CNC? I would like to try that.

you first will have to download the plugin from Artsoft, let me look for the youtube video that I sorta followed, cause I used a different controller then the plugin is for and you will have to hard code the location of the controller into the mach3 mill file or find and original xbox360 controller.

Ok I'm back I sorta followed this guy, you will notice that his controller is white where mine is a nice pretty blue, their different animals but the blue one will work thanks to a firend of mine figureing out how to program the location for it. and almost every button is programable. matter of fact I need to rewatch this guy's video myself.

almost forgot the XBox controller beats the hell out of two axis joystick too!! and is a lot tougher then a cheap chinese pendant with mylar buttons.

if you get the same controller that i did from walmart, and you get to the point of needing to put in the location let me know and I will get on the phone with you its pretty simple to do and will be easier to just talk you though it on the phone then to try and write it up

did some goofing off in the shed this morning, looks like I may be back in the melting business

not much happened today, took burner nozzle apart and checked the O-ring, put in a new Viton ring just to be safe. Did soe clean up on the part that I cast yesterday.

hope to do another melt tomorrow

not much happening backs still giving me fits and I don't really want to be messing with a pot f hot molten metal when it decides to trip me up. I did get the third stepper driver ordered today to replace the one that I still have installed in the router that I don't like, it should be here wenesday.
