its not as good as I would like, but hey we take what we're given, this part has been a pretty big pain in the butt to do but I probably caused a lot of the problems myseld by not trying something different sooner.

Anyway its all rammed up, waiting on the sun to come up and the neighbors to get out of bed so I can fire up and cast it again, hopefully I'll get a good part.

weather man took the day off so it was nice and calm this morning,

fired up and melted around 20 pounds of iron and poured the two molds that I rammed up yesterday.

One came out looking pretty good
This little vies pattern came out great.

The other better but not good enough to hand off to someone else and say that I did it, so get to do it over again, initals came out pretty good thou.

And a heads up for the guys running bounce house/castle blowers you might want to check the screw holding the wheel onto the shaft, mine came apart today, lucky the screw and washers got stuck in the damper and not the furnace.

that is Runner man, he was made with a bunch of snap together runner parts that a friend printed on his 3D printer and wanted me to try/test them out, so Runner Man was born.

Actually I've been playing around with a bunch of stuff that he's printed like the Hitch Cover, I just need to do some sizing on the back side then a short piece of square tube can be attached so it can be stuck in the hitch on some lucky firefighters pickup that works for the local FD.
Need to spruce the sand up some, I may try some greensand on the hitch covers I mixed up a small tub full the other day.

Besure and check the fasteners on your Bounce House blower mine did like my Ex and came unscrewed.
