Post by mite5255 »

I have been given a truck PTO with a hydraulic pump attached, does anyone one know what pressure they operate at and at what revs

looks like the lift pump off a dump truck, hard to say on the pressure could be anywhere from a couple hundred PSI to a couple thousand but I would think that it would be less then a 1000 PSI most dump trucks with the piston area do not really take a lot of pressure to raise them up.

Yep Dave thats what it is, its off a dump truck, I'm thinking it may be a good pump to pump waste oil for a oil burner, it was free so it'll just sit here waiting for a use
