Yes, we have Hammer set up. He did time on another casting forum cleaning up the mess so he should do well. Have a line on another sucke... candidate. Neither are big computer peeps though, if we have a savvy old timer in our ranks I would not mind getting someone aboard who is intimate with phpbb but mostly all we really needed is someone to take out the trash in the event of an absence.

With the way this forum is set up, no front door and no advertizing we are pretty low keyed as far as the spammers radar and the folks here are the best so its self moderating.

I have built these communities before and have had pretty good luck in who joins and the way the atmosphere shapes the community so I think we are gonna be fine for the long haul even if I or someone else drops off the map for a little while. One I set up nearly ten years ago has half a million posts and is still going even though I have not participated there in probably 5 years. I just recently set up a forum on my CastCNC site which has taken a bit of my time. Not a lot to see there now with most of it being private for customer build and projects but it is starting to come together.
