Pike's Peak, that's one hell of a two step alright! I love the dirt, watching that video, it sort of breaks my heart that it's all paved now. Anyways, here's a clip from this year's run, it's what can happen when you miss a step.

Yes, there were two people in the car, the driver was unhurt, the co-driver had a dislocated shoulder. Two or three days after that, I saw them interviewed on CNN, if you're interested, you can see part of the interview HERE

yes thats my other hobby doing it is no problem but getting out of the car afterward is infact i find it painfull to watch these days to many times agenst the belts when i got it wrong

stage rallying mainly minis escorts mantas tr8 pity much any thing on wheels never got to play with the modern 4wd stuff with the electronic diffs it left me behind when sorting the handling required a laptop cant get on with historic use what you are told and pay a fortune for it , not what you can scrounge adapt and develop foryou self that is half the fun . I was watching some historic s on telly over Christmas it made me think of getting my old sunbeam out on the local hill clime but then i remembered it would take a month to recover may be one day lots of pain killers and go kick some arse
