You're the King of the neighborhood. Thinking about a rental?

Sort of. We are helping our oldest in buying it. She has a year left of nursing school. At least this way I can yell at the neighbor...

Yea mate, still doing demos for school children, I don't do a lot tho, my hands don't like banging on an anvil much these days, so I keep it very simple

I got to where the hammer would just drop out of my hand if I did too much.

Well, if I were there, I'd swing the hammer for both fo you guys, lol.

Ive been working with a fellow blacksmith that just had shoulder surgery a few months ago and any heavy forging, I do the drawing out and such, and he just does the light stuff like bending and such, to make up the tools he wants. He's an artistic style blacksmith, so he does the scroll work and such, and Im a toolmaker style, so he only works with mild steel and Ive been teaching him to make his own tools and such from tool steels, lol. He wanted to get into wood carving, and spoon carving, so we've been hammering out a bunch of chisels, spoon gouges, whittling knives, etc for him lately.

It's kept me busy anyways, lol.

Band played its first Official job Saturday. Went well.

Dropped our youngest off at college almost a month ago.

Put up a couple of fences at the kids' houses. Never a dull moment....

Glad everyone is well!
