Will that take a special reamer or how do you get that precise?

spend 27 dollars and buy a .459" reamer my lathe and small boring bar chatters too much to bore it out on the lathe. so get it close then ream it out.

started this project off with a bang and big azz hole in a part that its not suppose to have
that what looks like a square hole isn't suppose to be there.

got in some time on the rolling block today.

here's a couple photos that I took while working on it.

first photo is where I fixed and oversize hole

second and third are of the two main internal parts pinned in place on the outside of the frame in the open and closed positions

the part in the back with the long spur sticking up is the hammer, the one in front is the breach block. to load it you cock the hammer and then roll the breach block rearward to remove the empty or push in a fresh round.
This action is pretty much the same as the one in the 22 Mag rifle I put together but its a lot easier to work on cause the parts are big enough to get my lunch hooks on without the part disappearing.
