Dave... just WOW!! That's all I can say about your skills, my friend. I couldn't begin to give a more coherent assessment as what you've done on that rifle exceeds my experience and skill set in more than one discipline. Beautiful work, I can say that for sure.

I case anyone's interested about my bear it's kinda sorta on hold for a bit. It's too uncomfortably cold in my shop to putz about with sculpting clay. Looks like this cold spell we've got here might stay a while yet. No one (but me prior) was in any hurry for get'n it done. So, for the time being while through the holidays and while this cold front continues, I'm just chill'n (metaphorically) and enjoy'n doing some sketching which I've not done in quite a while. In a sense, work'n on visuals of future work once the bear's done.

Hey Frank we're all interested in the bear, how about if I package some of the heat we're having here and post it to you, all I'll need in return is for you to package some of that cooler weather and post it to me Its getting rather uncomfortably hot here

Hope everyone had plenty Pie and Cool Whip yesterday, plus a safe holiday. been raining here for two days now, wonder if Mike would like some water for his yard, craps suppose to turn to ice out west which means if there's very much of it power lines will be coming down.

I pulled the genset out and made sure that it will fire up and run just in case, need to hit the gas station and pick up a couple jugs of gas
